About The Position

Batteries Plus is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative in Anchorage, AK, and this role is anything but boring. Requirements
- Retail sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Comfort with technology, POS systems, and learning new products
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Experience with hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

Responsibilities
- Delivering great retail customer service in-store and over the phone
- Recommending products and solutions that meet customer needs
- Processing sales, operating the POS register, and handling cash transactions
- Assisting with battery installation services for vehicles and devices
- Stocking, merchandising, and supporting daily store operations
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and customer-ready
