Drybar Fairfax Corner is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Representative to be the first point-of-contact for our salon. The ideal candidate will manage the reception area, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for our clients. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and assisting with various office tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Experience providing over-the-top, amazing hospitality and customer service.
• 1+ years experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment.
• Experience with Point-of-Sale Systems strongly preferred.
• Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate tensions.
• Maintain professional demeanor under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and independently troubleshoot problems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
