About The Position
Hand & Stone Camp Hill, located at 3624 Capital City Mall Dr, Camp Hill, PA 17011, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Sales Associate to join our front desk team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our valued members and guests receive a world-class experience at our spa. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales, retail, or service background, coupled with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who is not only responsible and driven but also has a passion for connecting with people and providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving performance-based goals set by your manager and the company, which include Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales. You will provide an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing membership sales. Your role will also involve promoting our products and services passionately and communicating effectively with the Service Provider team to maximize appointment bookings. This position offers both full-time and part-time hours, with a varied schedule that includes weekends, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts. Flexibility in availability is preferred, as we aim to accommodate both the needs of the business and your personal schedule.
