About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Cafe Belle Madeline is responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting merchandise sales, and managing payment transactions. Requirements

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months previous cash handling experience.
• Ability to obtain/renew required licenses or certifications, including Alcohol Awareness Certification and Health Card.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Knowledge of the Caesars Rewards program and hotel amenities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Promote the selling of merchandise and employ effective sales techniques.
• Operate the cash register and manage all payment transactions for customer purchases.
• Receive, unpack, fold, and organize daily deliveries of merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines.
• Communicate daily activities to the next shift and collaborate with team members.
• Assist guests in finding requested products and provide information about the hotel property and amenities.
• Ensure that all necessary supplies for register operations are in place for the next shift.
• Complete stock counts and manage inventory replenishment.
