Uncle Ike's Pot Shop is a leading Seattle cannabis dispensary, known for the widest selection of recreational marijuana, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for friendly, motivated Budtenders / Cannabis Retail Associates to join our fast-paced team.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older (WA State LCB requirement)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or cannabis industry preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a retail cannabis dispensary
• Assist customers with cannabis product selection (flower, edibles, concentrates, vapes, etc.)
• Educate guests on products, promotions, and daily specials
• Accurately process POS transactions, cash handling, and preorders
• Maintain compliance with Washington State cannabis laws and LCB regulations
• Keep sales floor clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and product displays
• Monitor for theft or security concerns and report to leadership
• Work collaboratively with team members and vendors
