About The Position

The LEGO® Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) to deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages in an interactive and vibrant store environment. This role is typically responsible for store operational tasks and customer service. Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Ability to process information/merchandise through the register system.
Availability to work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
Ability to freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days.

Responsibilities

Exceed guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions.
Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times (80% of time).
Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10% of time).
Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assisting in merchandise receiving, maintaining stockroom standards, abiding by safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortage situations (10% of time).
