About The Position

The LEGO® Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) to deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages in an interactive and vibrant store environment. This role is typically responsible for store operational tasks and customer service. Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Ability to process information/merchandise through the register system.
  • Availability to work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
  • Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
  • Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions.
  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times (80% of time).
  • Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10% of time).
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assisting in merchandise receiving, maintaining stockroom standards, abiding by safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortage situations (10% of time).
