About The Position
As a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at the LEGO Group, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow. This position requires effective communication with both team members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for all visitors. You will be responsible for processing information and merchandise through the register system, which involves handling transactions accurately and efficiently. The role demands flexibility, as you will be required to work various hours, including days, nights, and weekends, depending on business needs. You will have the opportunity to freely access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock. This position involves a significant amount of physical activity, including constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. Occasionally, you may need to stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders. Vision abilities required for this role include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Additionally, you will be expected to lift items weighing at least 30 lbs.
