While a lot of your time will be spent as our resident bike expert, you’ll pivot
to skis and snowboards when the seasons shift, ensuring our customers are geared
up year-round. We need a high-energy "gear head" with a solid sales background
who can talk specs, fit, and performance with total confidence. If you’re a
hardworking team player who actually uses the equipment we sell, you’ll fit
right in with our crew.

Requirements

• Two-Wheel Tech Expert: You bring heavy bike knowledge to the floor and have personal experience in the saddle, whether it’s mountain, road, or casual riding.
• Versatile Outdoorsman: You’re an active participant in the lifestyle—at a minimum, you’re an avid cyclist, skier, or snowboarder who can authentically speak to the gear’s performance.
• Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
• Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
• Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
