About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you will be the ultimate brand ambassador, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will help maintain the store's visual appeal by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and ready to impress customers. This role requires weekend availability and the ability to work during peak business hours, with a commitment to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. Store hours are as follows: Sun: 1p-5p, Mon-Fri: 10a-7p, Sat: 10a-6p. You will collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support a welcoming environment on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
