As a Fitness Ambassador, you will be closely involved in helping to motivate members throughout their fitness journey. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours. Responsibilities
- Working as a team to provide industry-leading service and member care.
- Involvement in lead generation, outreach and events.
- Maintain accurate records using established sales systems.
- Actively and enthusiastically contribute to member appreciation and member referral activities.
- Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls.
- Welcome people to the studio for their first class and lead Orangetheory studio tours focusing on closing the sale.
- Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly, positive entrance into the Orangetheory studio.
- Constantly focus on improving your studio environment, including a daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) for shift activities.
- Responsible for processing accurate attendance and credit card transactions.
- Respond immediately and in a caring manner to all member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Works in partnership with the fitness team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
