As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for talking to prospective members about our product, signing them up for a membership and ensuring they are happy and enjoying their Orangetheory experience. As a Fitness Ambassador, you will be closely involved in helping to motivate members throughout their fitness journey. Responsibilities
- Working as a team to provide industry-leading service and member care.
- Involvement in lead generation, outreach and events.
- Maintain accurate records using established sales systems.
- Actively and enthusiastically contribute to member appreciation and member referral activities.
- Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls.
- Welcome people to the studio for their first class and lead Orangetheory studio tours focusing on closing the sale.
- Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly, positive entrance into the Orangetheory studio.
- Constantly focus on improving your studio environment, including a daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) for shift activities.
- Responsible for processing accurate attendance and credit card transactions.
- Respond immediately and in a caring manner to all member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Works in partnership with the fitness team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
