The Sales Assistant position is the principal administrative support function for the Sales group. It provides the information link between the Salesperson, Company and Customer. This role is the center of communication for internal and external customers and suppliers alike for product samples, pricing, and technical documentations requests. Working alone and at times together with Customer Service, the Sales Assistant’s principal responsibility is doing whatever it takes to ensure that the Customers’ informational requirements are met in a timely manner.
