About The Position

We are currently looking for a casual Sales Assistant to join our team in Albany. The opportunity Working closely with the store team, you will deliver an amazing in-store experience for our customers. You will be required to get involved in all aspects of being a sales assistant, from greeting and serving customers, to replenishing stock and ensuring the store is presentable. If you are a genuine team player and have experience in a customer service-focused role or have a desire for a career in retail, we want to hear from you!

• Previous customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers
