About The Position

We have an immediate full-time opening for a Sales Assistant . The ideal candidate is a quick learner with excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Previous experience in a dealership or customer service role.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CDK or other dealership management software is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
  • Documentation Management: Organize and maintain sales documents, including purchase agreements, financing paperwork, and vehicle registration forms.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update customer and vehicle information in the dealership's database systems.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate test drives and sales appointments with sales representatives and potential customers.
  • Customer Service
  • Greeting Customers: Welcome customers to the dealership with friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns, providing information about vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
  • Follow-Up: Assist in following up with prospective buyers to answer any additional questions and encourage sales.
  • Inventory Management
  • Vehicle Preparation: Ensure that vehicles on the lot are clean, fueled, and ready for demonstration or delivery.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Assist in tracking vehicle inventory levels and coordinating with the sales team to ensure availability.
  • Sales Support
  • Sales Assistance: Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Deal Closure Support: Assist sales representatives during the closing process by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring all paperwork is complete.
