Job Summary: The Sales Assistant plays a key supporting role within the community sales team, partnering closely with the Director of Sales to ensure a smooth, responsive, and welcoming experience for prospective residents, families, and referral partners. This position focuses on executing day-to-day sales activities, managing inquiries, and providing administrative support that helps drive occupancy and maintain a strong sales pipeline. The Sales Assistant reports directly to the Director of Sales.
