About The Position

To provide clerical and administrative support to Financial Consultants and serve as the first point of contact to service a high volume of daily client interactions.

Requirements

  • College degree in business related field OR 2 years of securities industry or banking experience
  • Financial Services product knowledge
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Time management skills; ability to multi task and prioritize tasks
  • Teamwork Skills
  • Highly organized self-starter preferred

Responsibilities

  • Open and service investment accounts for individuals and business entities
  • Process money movement and securities transfers
  • Resolve operational exceptions
  • Analyze problems and seek solutions timely with the client in mind
  • Prepare presentation reports for client meetings
  • Maintain calendar and schedule for Financial Consultant
  • Assist Financial Consultant with marketing efforts
  • Maintain a FINRA compliant branch filing system
