About The Position

Will provide customer service support to the Sales Department including sales system assistance, order tracking, transaction research, special projects and direct customer assistance to all customers. Essential Job Functions : The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following: Will provide support to sales such as answering telephones and other administrative type tasks. Investigate and resolve customer issues such as quality, quantity and delivery. Reconciliation of customer accounts when necessary. Perform order processing and follow up, data entry, load tracking/tracing. Assists in maintaining the customer database. Schedule appointments Follow all Company rules and policies including safety regulations Other duties as assigned or required Commitment to the company's values and ethics.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
  • AA degree preferred or a combination of education and work experience.
  • Two + years experience in a sales environment preferably in the produce or agricultural industry.
  • Extensive experience using a PC particularly in Excel; previous Produce Pro software preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; MUST be bilingual English/Spanish
  • Product knowledge on quality a plus but not required (Produce)
  • Demonstrate organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task projects and assignments.
  • Ability to comprehend all policies and procedures
  • Works effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the company's values and ethics.
