Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive).
Background in retail or B2B software industries.
Previous experience in administrative, receptionist, or office support roles.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in day-to-day processes and administrative tasks.
Schedule meetings for the sales team with potential prospects.
Assign prospects to the appropriate sales agents and maintain CRM records.
Support the team at events such as conferences and trade shows.
Generate reports, statistics, and sales documentation.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route inquiries as needed.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, as well as prepare outgoing shipments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and office environment.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for services or repairs.
Provide light support for office events and meetings, including set-up and refreshments.
