In this role, you’ll be paired with successful Sales Agents who will support you with personalized instruction and guidance as you utilize your organizational and follow up skills to provide the Sales team with administrative support. You’ll delight in the privilege of assisting families towards finding an affordable home of enduring value. In addition, you’ll be able to draw on your highly honed interpersonal and customer service skills to develop trusted and long-lasting relationships with our buyers. Requirements

  • Tennessee Real Estate license
  • Administrative and Sales experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, CRM experience helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established administrative procedures to assist sales, closings and community management
  • Gain an understanding of new home prices, home site premiums and release of home sites
  • Coordinate set up of loan applications for prospects and monitor the loan process
  • Complete monthly competitive studies
  • Maintain upkeep of Sales Center, Model homes and Production Inventory homes
  • Demonstrate homes and home sites directly to potential buyers
  • Communicate website updates and needed changes to Marketing staff
  • Attend all Community Review meetings and Homeowner Events.
  • Active involvement in community and professional organizations
  • Ensure daily marketing efforts are complete including signage, materials and website.
