About The Position

Role Purpose: As the Sales Support Coordinator you will enhance the customer experience, increase KPI metrics during key selling times, while driving top line sales. You will be a support to the sales team, drive an efficient and seamless sales floor, and maintain the organization and efficiency of the back of house. Task flexibility and adaptive nature will be necessary to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Operating the POS to process transactions during high peaks
  • Responding to client requests via telephone and/or email
  • Become well versed with CRM system to input customer data
  • Act as sales support to the sales team.
  • Cashier responsibilities
  • Stock maintenance
  • Replenishment of floor
  • Maintaining VM standards
  • Maintain organization back of house to upkeep the standards and efficiency when stock associate is not available
  • Determine customer’s needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
  • Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
  • Having confidence giving advice to customers when all associates are occupied
  • Be a Jimmy Choo ambassador through excellent customer service
