About The Position

Great news! The Shrine of Christ Passion is currently looking for an enthusiastic part-time Customer Service Associate in St. John, IN. The Shrine is open Monday-Sunday. Availability will be needed for 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with a rotational schedule. Apply today!

Requirements

• Build relationships with walk-in customers to enhance customer experience
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Windows
• Good math skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Great organizational skills
• Good communication skills, on phone and in-person
• Use step ladder and lift up to 20lbs as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet ALL customers as soon as they walk in
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Pricing, stocking, and facing all inventory
• Light cleaning to upkeep the appearance of the store
• Completion of required training
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures
• Maintain best interest of the company
• Any other tasks or areas of responsibility that Management deems necessary
