About The Position

The Sales Administrative Assistant position has the opportunity to provide administrative support to the General Manager and dealership staff. This role requires juggling many priorities, communication and follow-up throughout the day, to facilitate the efficient operation of the dealership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two plus years of related work experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong acclimation to detail
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Professional appearance

Responsibilities

  • Check in with GSM or GM to review riority tasks for the day
  • Process RDR reporting for Land Rover Corporate
  • Reconsile and submit incentive reports to Land Rover Corporate
  • Answering phones and greeting all callers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements
  • Receiving and distributing dealership mail
  • Preparing correspondence, memorandums, and reports as needed
  • Greeting and directing visitors in a timely and friendly manner
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of needed office supplies
  • Assisting dealership staff with work-related projects and assignments
  • Preparing and maintain files, as needed
  • Maintaining clean and well organized work area at all time
