As a Sales Assistant within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Denver, CO at the South Broadway location. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. This role provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. It involves gathering required documentation, preparing, reviewing, and verifying documents and relevant information for accuracy. The position performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes, and may administer implementation plans. The Sales Assistant acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners, escalating client implementation and servicing issues as necessary. They initiate, update, and verify client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications, provide reports as needed, and may perform general administrative support.

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions (Customer Focused).
  • Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (Managing Risk).
  • Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
  • 3+ years experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities
