Requirements

• You have a background in retail, hospitality, country clubs, or reception-anywhere where "the customer experience" was your top priority.
• You are organized, punctual, and possess a valid driver's license.
• You understand that the real estate world thrives on weekends and you're ready to put in the work to reap the rewards.

Responsibilities

• Walk prospective buyers through our model homes and help them see the possibilities.
• Manage the calendar, set appointments, and keep the momentum going for our customers.
• Ensure the model home looks flawless and welcoming every single day.
• Participate in active training sessions designed to turn you into a high-performing Sales Executive.
