Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining showroom displays.
• Accurately enter project and customer information into internal systems.
• Prepare and send files and drawings to the fabrication shop.
• Prepare bids and estimates for projects.
• Ensure the showroom is inviting, clean, and organized to showcase materials effectively.
• Assist customers in selecting cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, and other materials to align with their design vision.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
