About The Position

The position involves preparing quality written proposals and presentations while maintaining all sales standards. The role requires accurate order entry into systems like Wide Orbit or Marketron, and accessing and applying data to proposals and client-focused documents. The individual will act as a Project Coordinator for sales-related events and initiatives, provide air checks and spot times for Account Executives, and complete monthly Co-Op paperwork. Additionally, the role includes coordinating scripts, matching them to specific invoices, notarizing, and sending them to clients. Administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Management is also a key responsibility, which includes answering and routing incoming calls, distributing mail, copying documents, maintaining files, and ordering supplies. The position requires attendance at meetings, assisting other Sales Assistants, ensuring adequate administrative support, and seeking ways to expand skills and improve work processes. Punctuality and adherence to the established schedule are essential, along with the ability to complete other duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience preferred.

  • Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and business proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Offer ideas that would enhance or improve the way work is done.
