About The Position
The position involves assisting sales employees with processing and tracking orders. The role is not limited to the listed duties and requires effective communication with both sales employees and customers. The candidate will be responsible for developing a high standard of professional customer service through timely quotation responses, order entry, and resolving discrepancies. Additionally, the role includes processing and tracking material processing orders with outside vendors and placing stock buy orders at the branch level.
