The Sales Assistant Manager plays a vital part in the overall success of the Customer Service department through thoughtful team member leadership, coaching, training and development. A sales assistant manager should have strong knowledge of the sales process and the ability to lead a team to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. The assistant manager should be resolution-minded and work to earn trust through relationships and positive team member reinforcement daily. This position will be responsible for up to 12 sales specialists. Specialists will engage in outbound cold calling to generate sales and drive revenue for the company.
