O'Daniel Honda is looking for a Honda Product sales assistant to join our team. This role will assist in sales responsibilties. - Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft software and ability to learn other computer-based tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Availability to work some nights and weekends
- Consent to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities
- The purpose of the Honda Product specialist is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates.
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Direct customer to appropriate sales staff or help them find where they need to go (sales, service or parts department)
- Keeps log of showroom traffic and facilitate data entry in CRM
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Prepare and present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled and ready for display (Bluetooth, navigation, green fuel options, hybrid tools, etc.)
- Explain product performance and benefits
- Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicle s
- Be familiar with competi tive vehicles and be able to point out the strengths and benefits of the Honda brand.
- Delivery of new Honda vehicles
- Know and understand the O’Daniel sales proces s
- Ensure that the dealership has adequate parking for customers
- Be the first and last impression of the dealership
