As a Sales Area Manager, your primary mission is to grow the sales of Merz Aesthetics' product portfolio and build long-term customer relationships within your assigned region, which includes Liège Province, Namur Province, Eastern Walloon Brabant, and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar field sales role
  • Ability to maintain a healthy work–life balance by working flexibly and not being tied to typical office hours
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player within a cross-functional organization
  • Based in one of the following areas: Liège, Namur, Walloon Brabant (East) or the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
  • Communicate confidently in English, as a significant part of internal collaboration takes place in English

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics or cosmetic industry

Responsibilities

  • Grow the sales of the product portfolio and build long-term customer relationships within your region (Liège Province, Namur Province, Eastern Walloon Brabant and Grand Duchy of Luxembourg)
  • Plan around three customer visits per day, with full ownership of your agenda, deciding how to organize your day and approach customers to achieve the best results
  • Organize workshops and trainings for customers in collaboration with medical colleagues, who provide support with medical education and questions
  • Work closely with Customer Service to process customer orders accurately and in line with internal order procedures, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Represent Merz Aesthetics at leading industry congresses such as IMCAS, connecting with customers and colleagues, representing the brand, and staying updated on developments by attending lectures
  • Utilize an online learning platform for customers to follow digital trainings on products and business growth, enabling strategic thinking and adding value beyond product knowledge
