Manage direct and indirect sales within a specific geographical area with the aim of reaching area targets. Support the Dealer network in defining commercial policies and actions for the development of the assigned market in accordance with company sales policy. Draw up the sales budget of the assigned area, coordinating with the Sales Director. Carry out market and competition analysis, evaluating commercial initiatives to increase turnover and margin. Directly manage the assigned area, ensuring the achievement of sales and margin objectives, implementing the necessary corrections in case of deviations. Develop and maintain relationships with current Dealers in the assigned area, with which organizing periodic customers visits, searching for new customers and implementing promotional and incentive actions. Carry out periodic checks of invoices and collected status, as well as the progress of commercial initiatives in the assigned area. Monitor critical customer solvency situations, defining the credit up to the assigned limits. Support the Sales Director in planning the products range, identifying product development/modification needs in the assigned area. Define and verify pricing policies in the assigned area. Manage participation in fairs in the relevant sector of our products. Write post-mission reports and send them to company management.
