About The Position
Schernecker Property Services (SPS) is a contractor based in Needham, MA performing large capital improvement projects and maintenance for New England community associations. We are a growing company committed to our mission of delivering the highest-value, long-term solutions to our clients and their properties. SPS is always looking for great people to join our growing sales, business development & marketing teams. Our sales team focuses on educating communities about the condition of their buildings, measuring and estimating replacement costs of exterior components, and analyzing various funding scenarios to help the community take action on the preferred path forward.
