About The Position

You will be responsible for assisting in the communication of technical expertise related to the current VIC product line to the ATEQ headquarters in France. This includes gathering relevant information from local teams, ensuring technical accuracy, and representing updates in a clear and concise manner to support informed decision-making and product development strategies, to accomplish the following: Supporting nationwide sales efforts for leak testing instruments. Providing technical service, sales support, and application expertise in the following geographic     areas: Minnesota Wisconsin Iowa North Dakota South Dakota Nebraska

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in team-settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Performing service work in the assigned area until the number of instruments sold reaches 25     units per year.
  • Serving as the nationwide application expert in tracer gas applications, supporting internal teams     and customers across the United States.
  • Regular travel within your assigned territory and occasional national travel.
  • Follow the 5 steps of the Leak Testing Project (Proven Process)
  • Identify targets and develop strategic sales orientation for the territory
  • Attend quarterly business reviews with representatives, if applicable
  • Follow up on leads with 48 hours
  • Organize customer visits and tours per ATEQ guidelines
  • Define applications and develop leak testing solutions/circuits
  • Perform feasibility studies and prepare reports
  • Quote complete solutions
  • Assist with on-site instrumentation setup and runoff activities
  • Conduct demonstrations (e.g., lunch and learn)
  • Support clients on-site with application issues
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients
  • Document activities properly
  • Collaborate with the SPM team on system design
  • Co-manage activities of service/application engineers
