About The Position

Kodak is hiring a Motion Picture, Sales & Vault Associate in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers entering the Kodak House
• Answer inbound telephone and email inquiries
• SAP administrative responsibilities to manage inventory, film orders, and invoicing
• Handle sales transactions (POS/CC)
• Responsible for placing, tracking and checking-in film orders
• Receive film deliveries
• Answer customer questions concerning pricing, film products, and film workflow
• Stay up to date and knowledgeable about products and filmmakers/customers using KODAK film products
• Industry research for the Motion Picture sales team, including monitoring of industry events and awards, press releases, and trade publications for pertinent news, marketing opportunities and sales leads
• Responsible for Los Angeles store appearance
• Open or close store on time following company procedure
• Support Kodak social media efforts including input and organization of filmmaker assets and information for @Kodak_Shootfilm social posts
• Support Kodak Motion Picture events, screenings, customer gatherings, including Kodak House events, including audio record, décor, vendor engagement and communications, etc.)
• Occasional on-call responsibilities for after-hour/weekend customer “emergency” film pick-ups
• Additional administrative and marketing responsibilities as directed
