About The Position
The Mobility Specialist, TNC is an essential member of the Hertz Local Edition team. As a brand ambassador, the Mobility Specialist will be facilitating the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience to Lyft and/or Uber drivers. This role involves ensuring optimal operational efficiencies to provide customers with the best rental car experience, assisting with rental car reservations, processing rentals, and providing clean and safe vehicles to customers. The Mobility Specialist will also handle various post-rental inquiries related to the rental and billing process, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide helpful customer service that enhances the customer's rental experience.
