About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Service Representative to join our eco-friendly movement team! Come make a difference by salving the planet, saving the bees AND helping customers have safe yards for their children and pets. This role involves engaging with potential customers directly at their homes to introduce something customers have never seen before but REALLY need here in Charleston! Mosquito buckets! Easy sale and lots of $$ per sale PLUS $20 an hour and benefits! The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build rapport quickly. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in business development, customer service, and technology sales within a fast-paced environment. Great hourly wage plus commissions and excellent benefits.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, or technical sales preferred but not required. If you are HIGHLY MOTIVATED, LOVE TALKING TO PEOPLE and are DRIVEN this is the role for you even with no experience!
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to conduct outbound calling and warm calling effectively as well as in person
Excellent verbal skills in English with the ability to convey product value clearly
Experience in telemarketing, marketing, or business development is a plus
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license preferred for travel within assigned territories
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and walk long distances as needed

Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients in assigned territories
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication
Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
Potentially engage in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities
Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies and campaigns
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively during all interactions
Achieve sales targets through proactive business development efforts
