About The Position

We are looking for interns who are passionate and committed to kickstarting their career in sales. The Ticket Sales and Service Internship program is designed for college students who want to gain first-hand experience in the front office of a professional sports team. This is your chance to assist the daily operations of the Sales and Service department! This is an unpaid, for credit internship (proof that you will receive credit is required).

Requirements

• Autonomous - Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Creative - Solve problems on the fly
• Friendly - Likable, open, and able to easily engage with others

Responsibilities

• How to research and brainstorm new group initiatives, theme nights and more
• How our sales/service department operates and how to market and sell ticket packages
• Produce qualified sales leads through prospecting and research
• The role of customer service, client relations, and fan interaction in a professional sports environment
• You will participate in a hybrid setting; projects and trainings will take place both remotely as well as in our office at Sports Illustrated Stadium
