You'll support all aspects of sales and service initiatives, including paid services, events, classes, loyalty programs, cash handling, and training in your store. Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
• Passion for client service and teamwork.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
• Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
• Flexible availability to work during 'peak' retail hours.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
• Coordinate paid services, events, and classes.
• Support the implementation of loyalty programs.
• Responsible for cash handling, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
• Educate teams on service offerings, customer experience, and other key areas.
