About The Position

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Self-motivated and passionate about helping others.
• Ability to exceed goals and embrace failure as a learning opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and guests, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and safe gym environment for all members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members.
• Support an exceptional new member onboarding experience, ensuring they feel welcomed and connected to fitness offerings.
• Inspire members to take the right next steps in pursuing their fitness goals.
