About The Position

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Self-motivated and passionate about helping others.
• Ability to exceed goals and embrace learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and guests.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns for members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and safe gym environment.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members.
• Support new member onboarding to connect them with fitness offerings.
• Greet and check-in members promptly to enhance their sense of belonging.
