Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and guests, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept, and safe gym environment for all members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members, inspiring them to pursue their fitness goals.
• Support new member onboarding by providing a friendly greeting and prompt attention to their needs.
