Requirements

Responsibilities

• Share passion for fitness by assisting new members in starting their fitness journey.
• Develop first-name relationships with members and guests, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept, and safe gym environment for all members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to inspire guests and members in pursuing their fitness goals.
• Support new member onboarding to connect them with fitness offerings and create a sense of belonging.
