About The Position

Westport Properties (WPI), founded in 1985, is an owner-operator of self-storage, multifamily, and industrial properties across the United States. The Sales and Service Assistant Manager role is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the District Manager. This role involves effectively marketing and selling self-storage solutions, working independently both inside an office and outside on the property, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation
  • Effective 5/7/25 MUST have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center
  • Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
  • Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal
  • Pass a post-offer, pre-hire background screening which includes a multi-state criminal check and DMV Records

  • Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience
