Our client, a leader in the in the commercial flooring business, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales and Project Manager . As a Sales and Project Manager, you will develop and maintains accounts and drives new sources of recurring revenue for the Company. The Sales and Project Manager will be the face of our client, reporting directly to the General Manager, and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy, working to forecast and create a consistent revenue stream. The key function is to find recurring work from clients; ideally end users of projects that the Commercial Flooring division installed for a GC. This role finds their own leads, measures onsite and/or perform takeoffs, and prepares cost estimates and proposals and manages the project. The goal is to produce sustainable financial growth by boosting sales, increasing profit margins, and forging strong relationships with clients that drive repeat business for the Company. Service work by definition is: Flooring installations of any size in the facilities described above; Any job expected to be under $50,000 sales price (except wood athletic floor re-sands); Emergency Repairs/Drying and Mitigation Service work is not: New commercial work; Total floor replacements; A job with specifications; Maintenance/janitorial work
