What You’ll Do Sales & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers Support the development of new business opportunities and long-term partnerships Assist in developing exclusive collections for wholesale partners Travel for trade shows, markets, and customer engagement Operations & Reporting Track and analyze weekly/monthly sales performance Manage large datasets (primarily in Excel) Support order processing, inventory updates, and back-order tracking Assist across departments in an “all hands on deck” environment Product Development Coordinate with the Ecommerce team on product photography and pipeline management Manage TOP samples and communicate production details Maintain accurate product data across systems (Backbone, BrightPearl) Support product launches and market adoption Assist with purchase orders and vendor sample tracking What You Bring Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically Reliability and a proactive, can-do attitude Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) A positive, high-energy personality that thrives in team settings Interest in fashion and luxury products You’ll Thrive Here If You… Enjoy balancing structure with creativity Like working both independently and collaboratively Are naturally curious and eager to learn new tools and technologies Take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and delivering high-quality work
