About The Position

The Sales & Partner Manager leads the strategic direction and execution of sales initiatives within a fast-paced healthcare SaaS environment. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare industry knowledge, a data-driven mindset, and a consultative approach to selling complex SaaS solutions. They will collaborate cross-functionally to align sales strategies with business objectives, ensure customer success, and navigate the evolving healthcare landscape with agility and insight. This is a dual focused role accountable for all sales activities, direct and via channel partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales (direct or channel) experience.
  • 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in selling SaaS solutions to healthcare organizations.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, including RFPs and stakeholder alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale sales teams and exceed revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success in growing channel sales partners.
  • Certifications in healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA) or SaaS sales methodologies.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare markets and digital health trends.

  • Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to meet or exceed company financial goals.
  • Collaborate with established international channel partners to co-develop regional go-to-market strategies and joint business plans.
  • Forecast global market trends and adapt plans to shifting healthcare regulations and buyer behaviors.
  • Drive revenue through both short-term wins and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Align partner growth initiatives with overall company objectives to maximize international market penetration.
  • Understand global healthcare workflows, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and buyer personas.
  • Navigate complex procurement processes and build trust with healthcare decision-makers.
  • Leverage global healthcare insights to help international channel partners succeed.
  • Use CRM platforms and analytics tools to track performance and customer behavior.
  • Optimize sales processes, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities using data.
  • Monitor and analyze international partner performance using KPIs and joint scorecards.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing sales teams.
  • Create a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Coach reps across the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
  • Foster knowledge-sharing and best practices between sales teams.
  • Emphasize long-term client success and build lasting relationships.
  • Provide training, resources, and strategic support to international partners.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and customer experience through international channels.
