We are looking for a Sales and Partner Enablement Lead. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental, US.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in sales enablement, presales, or business development
  • 5+ years professional experience from manufacturing background
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, engineering or related field
  • Experience creating customer-facing material and internal guides
  • Intrinsic motivation to teach and share knowledge, preferably in a creative and innovative way
  • Must be able to understand and translate technical knowledge in clear and concise way
  • Ability to work with technical and commercial audiences
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

  • Familiarity with Siemens DI sales and partner models
  • Strong understanding of Xcelerator portfolio
  • Experience leading training and workshops
  • Strong presence and creativity
  • Knowledge of AI tools and digital learning platforms
  • Strong customer orientation

Responsibilities

  • Define enablement assets and methodology for internal and partner sales to accelerate sales readiness and partner engagement
  • Coordinate with partner sales for 3rd-party enablement to deliver scalable and impactful enablement programs
  • Drive innovative enablement experiences including AI-based tools
  • Enable both technical and sales personas across the organization
  • Support go-to-market success through training and tools
  • Track success and adapt enablement strategies based on target persona needs and feedback
