As a Sales and Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in devising and executing sales and operations plans for our exceptional modules. Our Cartersville Operations Team actively seeks passionate entry-level candidates to join our dynamic, passionate, and professional team. In this role, you will efficiently manage Purchase Orders from sales equities, Sales Orders, shipment timelines, and delivery schedules while optimizing supply chain efficiency. You will also manage accounts receivable (AR) to facilitate informed decision-making and meticulously handle monthly sales transactions, issue invoices, and administer payments. Monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential shortages or surpluses will be key responsibilities, as well as collaborating closely with diverse teams involved in Sales, Production, and Logistics to optimize the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Acting as a liaison between Sales, Production, and Logistics will ensure seamless coordination across departments. You will leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement to enhance S&OP process activities and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned. As a Sales and Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of managing the company's manufacturing objectives, gaining hands-on experience deriving actionable insights from datasets, and making data-driven decisions and plans.
