Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience required.
• Management experience in a sales environment.
• Proficient in driving sales and forecasting.
• Experience with product demonstrations.
• Familiarity with HubSpot for account management.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives success of the Ranch Pass Subscription program and meets or exceeds monthly subscription targets.
• Increases both sales and retention of Ranch Pass Subscriptions.
• Achieves or exceeds monthly revenue targets.
• Leads by example in all customer interactions to uphold Golf Ranch standards.
• Drives expectations and standards for the team with a customer-focused approach.
• Embodies the vision and brand values of Golf Ranch and educates customers and employees about Golf Lite.
• Leads and mentors Customer Experience Managers, Facility Manager, and service team.
• Evolves and improves sales and service processes, open to continuous feedback.
• Understands customer base and continuously finds ways to create value.
• Creates relationships and connections with customers.
• Assumes Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities as needed to oversee daily operations and manage guest inquiries.
• Upholds company policies and standards to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests and employees.
• Continuously coaches employees on day-to-day activities and empowers them to handle responsibilities and processes independently.
