About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer at Penske, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles are ready for the road. Your primary responsibilities will include fueling and washing vehicles, performing vehicle readiness inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and associates. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them with a smile and ensuring they have a great experience. This position is perfect for individuals who have an interest in vehicle maintenance but may not have prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to build your skills through hands-on coaching and training, allowing you to perform minor repairs such as installing and rotating tires, as well as conducting preventive maintenance repairs. You will be expected to complete various projects and tasks assigned by your supervisor, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
